Poa poiformis or blue tussock grass occurs extensively throughout southern and eastern Australia. Blue tussock grass grows to around 1 metre and is very hardy and will grow in front-line coastal locations as well as inland.
Poa poiformis (blue tussock grass) is adaptable to a broad range of soil types from sand to heavy clays.
