Acacia Pravissima, or Oven Wattle, is a large shrub that grows typically to 3 metres, but often has been found to also grow up to 8 metres.
They produce yellow ball shaped flowers and bloom in witer and spring.
this species is endemic t the south-eastern parts of Australia, particularly south-eastern NSW and eastern Victoria.
They are often found growing in damp sheltered sites and along creeks/streams that are usually a part of Eucalyptus forests and woodland communities.
This wattle is hardy and easy to grow, and thrives in most soils in full sun or light shaded areas.
Preferring well drained soils, and is frost tolerant to -7 degrees celsius.
