Acacia baileyana (cootamundra wattle) commonly known as cootamundra wattle is a small tree typically reaching 5-10 metres high with distinctive grey 'ferny' foliage and bright yellow flowers. This species has been widely introduced into many areas outside its natural range in Australia and has been extensively cultivated overseas.
